Mālama Mushrooms began with cultivating mushrooms in Kona, Hawaii, using a unique underground lava-formed cave. This origin reflects our deep connection to the natural and unique environment of Hawaii.

We still cultivate here, in Kona and other zones on the Hawaiian Islands, but most of this is offered fresh to our local community. Our value added products our sourced globally from a network of USDA Organic farms & foragers from North America to Asia, always adhering to our strict standards of sustainability and ethical farming practices.
