We are based out of lovely Kona, Hawaii. All orders ship from our fulfillment center at 74-5587 Alapa St. Building B #1-05 Kailua-Kona, HI 96740.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on location and order size. All orders in the U.S over $60 get free shipping, but for everything that doesn't meet that you will see a shipping calculator total before you pay in check-out!

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

We're just as excited to get our mushroom goodies to you. Typically, we fulfill orders within 1-2 business days and then they can take an average of 3-5 business daysĀ to arrive at your doorstep. Midwest, East-coast may be on the longer end of that sp

What carriers do you use?

For domestic orders (in the USA) we use USPS. On some special occasions we will use other carriers like UPS or FedEx if needed. For international orders the carrier will vary but generally UPS.

How can I track my order?
